We took the 21 week photo this week and compared it to last week’s pic. What’cha think? Any difference?
I am still feeling great- less tired since I’ve gotten used to being back in school and the kids have settled down somewhat. This week, I have also been able to feel the baby very distinctly. It happened for the first time in choir as we were singing a raucous spiritual, of all things! I felt little flutters starting at 18 weeks or so, but every day now I’ve been able to feel kicks. In fact, as I type this, she is going crazy and practicing her tap-dancing routine, very low in my belly.

Two weeks ago, at our ultrasound, Rob and I found out we’re having a GIRL! We are thrilled… Rob is excited because he “had a feeling all along”, and I’m happy because I get to buy pink things. Yup, I’ve got the girly-gene that my mom claims skips a generation! According to her, our baby girl will not be into clothes, hair, or makeup, instead preferring to be active and get dirty. We’ll see!
