Isn’t it amazing how birth stories are addicting to hear about? I liked hearing about how hot you were during the process and also how everything was a little bit of a blur…I was also way surprised about how hot labor is! You are beautiful and one day our kiddos can get together and play.

Sarah, what a treasure your birth story is! I treasure mine as well. The best part for me (besides a new daughter, of course!) was the amount of pride James had in me. He spoils me with compliments, but I know there is not much I could do to make him feel that much pride again. So, I treasure the memories!

I avoided the hospital, too, until I was talked into going. They are very stressful places.

My second baby was a million times easier. Five hours of labor with only two hours in the hospital before delivery. One small, little push and out she came. Instead of an hour of pushing it was like 30 seconds. Nothing like the intense work out of number one. There is hope that next time will be much easier.
